Who sees my answers?

Only the club President and Faculty Advisor see your answers. The club's Discord bot sees only your Discord username and whether you are a West Valley student (with a G number in the right format), so it can give you your roles.

This sign-up is for the club's semester roster, which the club constitution requires. Enrollment may be confirmed with the College, and knowingly giving false information violates the WVC Standards of Conduct (AP 5500). Answers are shared with College officials only for conduct or safety matters. G numbers are deleted after the academic year; the membership record itself is kept in club records.
